  • Travel approval.
  • Acceptance by a Client or government authority.

Final employment decisions remain with the Client, subject to applicable laws and agreed procedures.

  • Job suitability.
  • Interview and assessment performance.
  • Reference or document verification.
  • Readiness and availability.
  • Destination-specific requirements.

The Client remains responsible for the final hiring decision unless a written Service Agreement expressly provides otherwise.

A shortlist represents our professional assessment at the relevant time and is not a guarantee of future performance.

10. Quotations and Service Agreements

Fees, payment terms, service stages, estimated timelines, replacement conditions, and any specific obligations will be stated in a quotation, proposal, invoice, or Service Agreement.

A quotation may remain valid only for the period stated in it.

We may revise a quotation where:

  • The number or type of workers changes.
  • The destination country changes.
  • Job requirements change materially.
  • Government or external fees change.
  • Additional services are requested.
  • The original information provided by the Client was incomplete or inaccurate.

No verbal statement will amend a written Service Agreement unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.

11. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay all agreed fees in accordance with the relevant quotation, invoice, or Service Agreement.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Payments must be made by the stated due date.
  • Recruitment work may be paused until the required payment is received.
  • Bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the paying party.
  • Overdue amounts may delay candidate processing, documentation, travel, or deployment.
  • Fees already earned for completed work remain payable even if the Client later changes or cancels its request.
  • Applicable taxes, government charges, and statutory fees may be added where required.

We may suspend services where payments remain overdue.

12. External and Third-Party Costs

Certain expenses may be payable to independent third parties, including:

  • Visa and immigration service providers.
  • Medical examination centres.
  • Document attestation or verification providers.
  • Training and testing centres.
  • Airlines and transportation providers.

  • Licensing authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, third-party costs are separate from our professional service fees.

We do not control third-party pricing, processing times, decisions, policies, or service availability.

13. Timelines

Any recruitment, documentation, visa, or deployment timeline provided by us is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in a written Service Agreement.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Interview and assessment schedules.
  • Document verification.
  • Medical examination results.
  • Government processing.
  • Embassy or immigration procedures.
  • Travel availability.
  • Changes to legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We will use reasonable efforts to progress the agreed services but are not responsible for delays caused by the Client, Candidates, government authorities, or third parties.

  • Number of workers.
  • Qualifications or experience.
  • Job duties.
  • Salary or benefits.
  • Employment location.
  • Joining date.
  • Contract terms.
  • Selection criteria.

Material changes may require a revised quotation, new timeline, additional fees, or a new recruitment process.

15. Cancellation

A Client wishing to cancel a recruitment request must notify us in writing.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.

The Client may remain responsible for:

  • Work already completed.
  • Candidate sourcing and assessment already performed.
  • Administrative and professional fees already earned.
  • Non-refundable third-party costs.
  • Government, medical, travel, visa, or documentation expenses.
  • Commitments already made on the Client’s instructions.

Specific cancellation terms stated in a quotation or Service Agreement will take priority.

16. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be determined according to:

  • The applicable Service Agreement.
  • The stage reached in the recruitment process.
  • Work already completed.
  • Costs already incurred.
  • Third-party refund policies.

Fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable.

No refund will be due where failure results from:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client or Candidate.
  • Changes made by the Client after work has started.
  • Candidate rejection by the Client after agreed screening.
  • Government, visa, immigration, or embassy decisions.
  • Candidate withdrawal for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
  • Events of force majeure.
  • Breach of the applicable agreement by the requesting party.

  • The Client terminates employment without a valid reason.
  • The worker leaves due to abuse, non-payment, or contractual breach.
  • The replacement request is made after the agreed period.
  • The Client has unpaid amounts.

A replacement commitment does not necessarily include a refund or payment of third-party costs.

18. Visas, Immigration, and Government Decisions

Government authorities, embassies, consulates, immigration departments, and labour authorities have exclusive control over their approvals and decisions.

We cannot guarantee:

  • Visa issuance.
  • Work permit approval.
  • Entry permission.
  • Travel clearance.
  • Document acceptance.
  • Processing times.
  • Government policy continuity.

A rejection, delay, suspension, or policy change by an authority does not by itself constitute a breach by Al Jathnan International Limited.

19. Employment Relationship

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Al Jathnan International Limited is not the employer of Candidates placed with a Client.

The employment relationship is between the Client and the selected Candidate.
